Style Note: Since I specialize in darker, colorful and 'saturated' skin tones, plus some stuff beyond my control, paler complexions of any color may require extra rendering time in my style. A small flat fee of $15 will apply to cover the additional work and counts toward the base price (e.g., a $100 headshot would be $115 instead). There is no guarantee of availability for rushed commissions.For doodles it is 10%Usage RightsBy purchasing you agree that I retain full rights to the artwork as the creator and I am allowed to use your commission in my portfolio, post it freely. You will not remove my signature from the artwork. You will not heavily alter, recolor, or redraw the artwork or claim the art as your own. You will not use the artwork (including the WIP) in AI training, AI generation, or as NFTs. You will not upload the art or any of my artwork to any AI or NFT sites. This includes uploading it as a photo to X/Twitter.I am allowed to decline your commission.You understand that it may take a while for me to get to your commission if there is a queue.You agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me. You will not use the art in any scenario where you are profiting off of it or displaying it as your own creation (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).If you want a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon in the beginning. It is an extra 100% of total commission price.You can display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me in some way. You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.
